+ Online and Mobile Services
Scope of rights may cover the following:
1. Pay music download services;2. Pay music streaming services;3. Free-of-charge music download services;4. Free-of-charge streaming services;5. Specific music applications for mobile phone (e.g. ringtone, connecting tone);6. Download of other entertainment contents;7. Streaming of other entertainment contents;8. Net radio;9. Any other usages of music in an online environment, now known or invented in future.

+ Playing Content to the Public or Offering Content to the Public for Rent
Licensees of the annual license for public performance are entitled to perform the sound recordings, music videos and/or karaoke videos in public, including playing in karaokes, retail stores, restaurants, shopping malls and hotels, etc.
The license fee is calculated by reference to the applicable tariff(s), which is dependent on the venue and the size of the venue, e.g., there are different tariff rates for restaurants, discotheque, hairdressing and beauty salon, hotel and guesthouse, karaoke, night club, retail store, etc. Details of the different tariff rates can be accessed at http://www.hkria.com/en/licences.aspx
Rights for business entities to copy or reproduce sound recordings, music videos or karaoke videos onto computer servers or other digital storage medium in karaoke premises or business providing similar facilities
+ Staging Live Events
Licensees of the short term license for public performance are entitled to perform the sound recordings, music videos and/or karaoke videos in public during short term events, including during concerns, fashion shows, marketing events and entertainment events.
