Collecting Societies
  1. Cinematographic works or works analogous to cinematography;
  2. Audio-visual recordings. 

CFCA provides collective management for cinematographic works and can only collect royalties for films that pass censorship restrictions and have obtained a Permit for Public Viewing.  

CFCA was established in 2010. Currently, CFCA’s members are limited to Chinese film makers.

All the rates quoted below are pre-tax ones, i.e., CFCA shall pay both the income tax and the VAT after they receive the payment of royalties.
