[LB1]Upon clarification with MACP, MACP allows the right owner to negotiate directly with the users as the agreement signed between MACP and publishers is not on an exclusive basis. However, the general practice is that the publishers will direct the users to clear right with MACP unless the particular publisher has an special interest in the deal.
